Refund policy
Returns
All returns and refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept a return due to a change in value of an item.
We cannot accept returns on digital items such as online game codes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us via email or via our social media with photos of the item, packaging and your order number within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be refunded the original price of the item when purchased, we cannot refund the current market price of an item.
If you are requesting a change of mind refund for an existing pre-order. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% and this will be deducted from the total amount refundable.
In the case of an unreceived order, a refund will only be given if a tracked service was selected at checkout and only after a concluded investigation into the location of the order.

All returns and refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
