Shipping policy

Wanimon Games is an Australian business based in Sydney.

We use Australia Post for the shipment of all our orders, if a different carrier has to be used, you can be assured that we will use a trusted and reliable service. 

We endeavour to ship your order within 48 hours of payment being received, so orders are received safely and promptly. If this time has elapsed and your order has still not been sent we expect your cooperation and understanding that your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping option. If you opt for an untracked shipping method we expect your understanding that if your order is lost we cannot be held responsible for reimbursement.
